Vitamite is like milk. It is sort of like Lactaid milk because it is

lactose free. But the biggest, and best difference between real milk

or Lactaid and Vitamite is that Vitamite has less than half the sugar

of the others! It only has 4 grams of sugar per cup!!! That will

usually be okay for even the dumpiest of dumpers :)

I get it at Super Walmart, but I have seen it at every grocery store

chain. I like it best at Walmart because it is cheaper than

everywhere else. And it is definitely cheaper than Lactaid!

powdered version of Vitamite!
