I have no inner lips either (due to atrophy from LP) and often am

concerned about developing urinary problems due to being so exposed.

But I keep up the estrace - hopefully it is preventing urinary issues

before they start. =)

I have a question, if you don't mind. See I am a breast cancer survivor also and have to be careful. I was using vagifem until this doctor

switched me to estrace cream, I figured that if I did not want to take anymore estrogen than I was getting with the vagifem that

I would only use 1/2 gram of the estrace. However, the estrace cream is not all going to be absorbed into my skin, some will run

off, so I figured considering that not all of the estrace cream would be absorbed, I could safely use 1 gram of estrace a week.

Your thoughts please, scared. Thanks.
