Guest guest
I love, love, loved this book! I highlighted so much in it! Things I experienced, things I read that I could've written myself. It's like Forward has been following my around my whole life documenting. Part I was spot on and I feel very optimistic about a lot of Part II, except that I didn't feel like it explained anything in the context of BPD and how to deal. Did anyone else get that same feeling after reading it? Surely some of the suggestions will need to be altered. Do you think? I'm going to re-read SWOE now and seem if I can sort of create a mish-mash of the two books in my head so I can get the most out of my life moving forward....
