I went to Vitamite's web site but could not find out if Vitamite is " soy

milk " . I have an allergy to soy milk, and am able to drink/eat " little "

portions of soy with no problems (I can eat Quaker's rice cakes that have

soy in them).

Can somebody tell me if this is soy milk before I head for our Super

Wal-Mart to locate this milk?

Thanks

It's soy. I don't know how much though, you might be okay,

especially if you put in just a little splash, like me.

Someone on the protein list said there was a very good almond milk

that just came out.

I used to love almond milk in the mid-90's, but it seemed like

everyone stopped carrying it. Maybe now it's back?
