Guest guest
I don't know if this is helpful at all but I at one time, a lot of years, had four areas of nerve entrapment in the front part of both feet. In addition to the pain it manifested itself when the doctor pinched the area as a big lump along the nerve. Eventually they removed or trimmed the nerves there (I never knew which they did). This nerve entrapment caused all kinds of muscle spasms and unbelievable pain but it didn't happen unless I was trying to walk or wear a shoe that constricted my toes in any way. I lived in open toes shoes, Dr. Scholls exercise sandals for years and then Birkenstocks forever and to this day. I suspect that Pudendal Nerve Entrapment has much of the same pain, etc., and it must be terrible. I don't know whether this is considered a kind of Pudendal Neuropathy or not. One can have all kinds of different nerve pains all over the body but I think one should get a better idea of what the problem really is. I also can't imagine how PT can do anything to fix the nerves so the muscles will stop spasming but I have said that before and been wrong. It seems there should be some exploration of disease to see if that is affecting the nerves. Something is causing it. See if there is entrapment. If there is I doubt pt will fix it. Decide if one is overall pretty healthy or there are other symptoms. If there are other symptoms, check those out. Just my opinion. Guest guest
Arline: I do notice when I wear a more supportive shoe, I am better. Those real flat cute between the toe things that are so popular now, well, when I wear them I can sure tell the next day! thanks for the reminder!! It is helpful. love, ML -----Original Message----- <<I don't know if this is helpful at all but I at one time, a lot of years, had four areas of nerve entrapment in the front part of both feet.
