Thanks for the diet tip on the yeast infection.

I took cymbalta and got very constipated, but some find great relief,

so it's definitely worth a try. For what it's worth, I did feel much

better emotionally, just couldn't use it because the constipation made

my pelvic floor pain worse.

I also took oil of oregano - didn't help me, but my nutritionist wants

me to try it again now that my diet is on a better track. She said it's

a great anti-inflammatory if you are eating well and not feeding the

inflammation with sugar and junk, which I used to do alot. =)

I started Oil of Oregano a few months back due to chronic yeast. I have

had a couple of yeast infections, but things seem to be calming down a

bit and when I get one now it is not as bad and goes away with 3 tablets

of Diflucan q 3 days. I take one oil of oregano tab a day. I don't

think it will hurt.

My oil of oregano was little capsules, very easy to swallow, sold at my

health food store by New Chapter.
