Here is what I have found that helps me. I take a hat box type cardboard box and put my fee on top of it...it is almost a squat and do it that way. It seem s to help. LOL..love, ML

Lindsey, I would have to agree...Sitting on the john compresses the piriformis and can aggravate the pudendal nerve.Squatting can release tension on the Levator Ani.TKOLindsey wrote:
