Hi Tom,

Yes its very difficult to determine which comes first, I agree. I guess I think it makes more sense to be that irritable nerves would cause muscle spasms. But in your opinion, what are a few things that could cause muscles spasms. I need to get to the bottom of this. I had 2 good days sat and sun ( relatively stress free I may ad) then boom Monday, back to work, deadlines etc etc, and this kicks up. It does seem to kick up though after I move my bowels so Im sure there is some pelvic floor issue there. Then, Im not certain my pt is that qualified for this and I am due to go back to her Thursday, any thoughts? I want to try to get a proper diagnosis and proper therapy, its difficult in Central PA.
