Guest guest
Kimmi, my husband and I realize there are NO docs (in my state) that are up to date on the use of hormones. My uro/gyn is the one I have been able to get most of my meds from...but I've had to EDUCATE him too...he's been a big help...but I've still had to listen to alot of crap even from him... BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!!! My hope was to get down to the bottom of WHY my hormones have been dropping... and honestly there is still a possibility I may even have a mild form of PCOS. I think I'll ask for a few more tests... The Doctor I saw yesterday mentioned a Reproductive Endo too, but said that most of the docs in my state have been run off by Malpractice Insurance being so high...and that is true! Even Reproductive Endocrinologists aren't up to date either and they usually are only helpful in trying to conceive. It would be so nice if Dr. Vliet could put a "Her Place" Clinic in every state. Thanks for the suggestions... ~Chelle
Guest guest
Chelle, you know what would be even better? If she would do consults over the phone. And then just run the labs through your insurance company. There is another author that does that, but they were the first ones to throw random bioidenticals at me, so they werent very helpful. I am so sorry that you are at a loss with the docs, but it is so true that if it is outside their realm, they have no idea. Sad sad sad. I still will pray that you wwill find someone who will help you. Kimmi Fussy? Opinionated? Impossible to please? Perfect. Join Yahoo!'s user panel and lay it on us.
