So Becky - have you had your hormones checked ? If you can narrow your pain down that well - it seems to clearly be hormonally induced...... or so it would seem. I do have "flares" in which my entire vulva burns or itches, but my problem lies mainly in the vestibule horseshoe. Helps include: 1. Daily use of olive oil as a lubricant 2. Following vulvar care guidelines, including using only products that are free of scents or dyes, etc. 3.
