Hi, Here are my progesterone levels from blood tests taken post-ovulation: Day 3 (post-peak days): 7 Day 5: 14 Day 10: 10 My doc said these are on the low side, but not terribly. She strongly recommended P support if I was trying to get pregnant, but not necessarily if I'm not. The thing is I only have sex when I'm fertile (because of my pain levels), so getting pregnant is a real possibility for me. I wouldn't want to risk being unable to sustain a pregnancy if I did get prego. She also said this may be help with my tail-end brown bleeding and bad PMS symptoms the whole 2nd half of my cycle. She's putting me on Prometrium, which I am to take orally on Post-peak days 3-12.

I'm kicking myself for not asking whose "scale" of hormone levels she is referencing. And I really wish I could've had the other hormones tested, but one battle at a time I guess. So what do you think about those levels? Becky

What do you think about the levels? Do you think they warrant hormonal support via Prometrium? You don't post the reference ranges for us, wo we can't really tell anything about this. you should call your docs office and tell them you want a copy of the lab report - don't take no for an answer - it is your legal right. Then you can see for yourself where you fall in the lab's ranges. Now - it it were me - and if I were your age and I showed a progesterone - I would call the doc and say that I obvioulsy was on the right track when I asked for hormonal testing as my low progesterone levels indicate and I'ld like my E and T tested for the same days and see what comes up with that because if the problem can be solved by bringing the hormones into balance, I want to get out of pain as soon as possible (and no I don't want to wait until we see how the P works for the pain - I want the complete

testing).Let us know what the lab ranges are.DustyBecky Thorn wrote: Hi, Here are my progesterone levels from blood tests taken post-ovulation: Day 3 (post-peak days): 7 Day 5: 14 Day 10: 10 My doc said these are
