Guest guest
Becky – don’t apologize! It’s been 40+ years for me, and you really stirred up the painful memories! We FEEL more there. Why couldn't that be the case in our nipples, as well? Becky, that is a really, really good point and something I never thought of before. Maybe you should consider doing a poll on it. Would be interesting to see if women who have v.pain also have had 'more' trouble with nursing due to nipple pain...though I'm not sure how 'scientific' our data would be... *grin* >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>I just read over my breastfeeding vent and whew! I sure was in a mood about THAT apparently. I'm sorry for how that came out so completely negative. I'm not usually like that, but I guess it stirred up some deeply buried emotions there. Becky No need to apologize....I can totally relate to your feelings because it was a painful and hard experience for me, too. If it's not been painful or you've not been there, done that, then it might be hard to understand. I will always wish it had worked out for my kids...*sigh*. Anyway, if you have anymore kids, I hope all goes well for you. Hugs, Chelle
