---Hi Sheila, Since I had infertility issues, my ex and I used

artificial insemination to conceive out daughter. We didn't do it

ourselves though. The procedure was called intra-uterine insemination.

They took the cup of my ex's semen and did something so that only the

best quality, strongest swimming sperm were used. Then my doctor took

a catheter and inserted it right into my uterus, depositing the sperm.

It took five tries and was definitly worth it. Good luck to you and
