Hi! My experience was very similar to CJ's. No big

deal just uncomfy after, 'til it heals.

By uncomfy, I mean it will burn when you pee. It's

messy, but if you can cover that spot when you go

it'll hurt less and heal faster.

My vulvar biopsy was not a bad experience. They numbed me up with

Lidocane first and that was the only part that hurt...that injection of

local anesthetic. After that it was just 3 tiny biopsies, one

vaginally, one on the vulva and one on the labia majora. The only one

that required stitches was the one on the labia majora. Once the lido.

wore off I did not feel much (more) pain. I guess with all the pain in

discomfort I was accustomed to having daily at that point anyways the

biopsy was nothing.

I will warn you on one thing. I was diagnosed with LS after my vulvar

vestibulectomy. My biopsy found nothing. I guess the vulvar

vestibulectomy gave them much more tissue to work with and test. So I

would not count on the biopsy being 100% accurate.
