Guest guest
Carol, I had mine done in the labia majora. It hurt for a few minutes but the reason it did was because it mean that my doctor got the area that was causing the pain. After a few minutes the pain went away. But 3 years later I had a different problem as a result of the trigger point injections. It coincided with when my doctor changed the location a bit to try and deal with the pain and that's when the other nerve got set off and I have had the other problem of the last 11 months (Nov 2nd will be a year since this other pain issue with my nerves to my vulvar area got set off). Some women can get the trigger point injections given in to the area around the spine too.
