Guest guest
Hi all,I know there was a discussion about coffee earlier on these sites. But I have a question about tea. If I drink black or green tea, I feel burning and discomfort. Bummer, I love tea! Has anyone tried any teas with success? I gave gotu-kola a whirl but I really hate the taste. Cheers,Sheila

Guest guest
Same here. I drink rooibos tea too with no side effects, except it does stain your teeth if you drink a lot of it because it has a very strong reddish color. But that's not a problem if you use a straw. bk2schultzie wrote: Sheila...I also have i.c. and one tea that I do well with isRooibos..you can find it in the health food store...it dosen't give meany burning or pain like regular tea...I found out about it on theic-network support group...it is also very healthy....if you googleit, you can read about it....good luck.....**IF REPLYING TO THIS POST, PLEASE REMOVE ORIGINAL POST, Thanks for your cooperation! *****
