Question about pubic hair

Hi ladies,

I know this may be a silly thing to talk about and a stupid question, but does anyone have any advice on the best way to manage pubic hair?

I find that when I trim really short it sticks into me and hurts more than usual, and when it gets a bit long it also gets irritating. Maybe it's just because of flare-ups/cycle and is unrelated to the hair?? I don't know. Has anyone tried laser hair removal or braxillian waxing (as painful as I imagine it to be) or have any other tips?

Thanks,

Amber

I would not recommend waxing. There are girls on here whose problems

all started after a wax gone bad, one of them is actually suing their

salon, I think.

I bought a bikini trimmer. It's like a beard trimmer, it has an

attachment so you can set it to trim as short or long as you want. I

never thought hair could make such a difference but I get really flared

up when it gets too long.

I think waxing works for some people. My waxer is aware of my issues and has always been gentle (as possible)and is very careful about where she puts the wax.She also doesn't use anything with fragrance, etc in it.Sincerely, Neely Re: Question about pubic hair

Hi - great idea on the bikini trimmer - I flare with longer pubic hair also. Whereabouts do you find a bikini trimmer?I am wary of any brazilian bikini waxes - unless the aesthetician is really really skilled!

I got my bikini trimmer at Wal*Mart. I only shop at Target now, but

they only had Wal*Mart where I lived back then. Anyway, it's from

Remington, and it's lavendar colored and was only about $20. I've had

it for 4 years with no problems.
