Guest guest
Sorry, about the blank message I accidenally clicked the wrong button. To answer your question, I have had several cuts and I recommed putting vasoline on it to heal the open wound. ~~ Please help me! Hey girls I'm so scared. I just checked myself, and there is a long (about two inches) cut just inside my labia, as though the skin has split. Obviously, it hurts like hell. What's going on? What can I do about it until I can get to a gyno? Please help! --Meg Email and AIM finally together. You've gotta check out free AOL Mail! Guest guest
Hey , I know you're scared, but hang in there. Do you have vestibulitis? Seems to me that vvs is notorious for causing the vulvar skin to split open. I know a few years ago...I began getting little tiny tears on my labia that ended up clearing up once I began using topical Estrace (never had a tear since). Because the split is a good sized one, I'd get in to see a doc as soon as you can. Do please try to find a 'soothing' protective barrier for the skin right now. Maybe even desitin or A & D ointment. Desitin is thick and can definitely heal and protect. Whatever you try, just use a little tiny dab to make sure it doesn't hurt before applying to the entire area. I'll see if I can find some info.... Hugs, Chelle Lucas wrote: Hey girlsI'm so scared. Guest guest
Thanks, girls. Yes, the tear is in the crease...and right now the whole area is pretty red. Estrace? I've heard of that. It's prescription, right? I'm going to try A & D for now...thanks again! --Meg > Hey girls > > I'm so scared. Guest guest
I love A & D. My ob/gyn at the onset who referred me to my present ob/gyn specialist said " grandma said A & D is good for everything " . I also use estrace cream and love it! ML -----O----- Estrace? I've heard of that. It's prescription, right? I'm going to try A & D for now...thanks again! **
