Guest guest
Thanks a lot, Tom. I will definitely try this. It's good to get some serious suggestions, esp. when doctors don't take you seriously or just give you a leaftlet with Kegel exercise. And from what you said in previous email it looks like Kegels are not the right thing for me - the opening is " too tight " already (I'm working on this too), and my partner would definitely not like it if it got even tighter So, thanks again, Yvonne > >> > >> Hi Yvonne, > >> Even if there has been damage, the PF can be helped by doing the > > roll for > >> control protocols. Guest guest
One more question: what does EFT stand for? > >> >> > >> >> Hi Yvonne, > >> >> Even if there has been damage, the PF can be helped by doing the > >> > roll for > >> >> control protocols.
