Thanks a lot, Tom.

I will definitely try this. It's good to get some serious

suggestions, esp. when doctors don't take you seriously or just give

you a leaftlet with Kegel exercise. And from what you said in

previous email it looks like Kegels are not the right thing for me -

the opening is " too tight " already (I'm working on this too), and my

partner would definitely not like it if it got even tighter ;)
