Guest guest
Hello Ladies ! I was reading the other day about the anti-yeast diet. I tried to look for it here but couldn't find it. I was wondering if you know where I can find it? Thank you! Mari
Guest guest
Mari, There are several anti-yeast diets. The most popular is probably the Yeast Connection by Dr. Crook. The one I am trying to work on the Body Ecology Diet, which is more of a lifestyle change than just a quickie diet...it believes that everything we eat should provide nutrition and that anything else wastes digestive energy, and also that you can't just take away yeast-feeding foods, you have to replace them with probiotic foods and drinks that repopulate the gut with good bacteria to keep yeast at bay. Guest guest
There was a great book written a while ago from Dr. Crook called The Yeast Connection. There are all sorts of things in that book for the person with chronic illness trying to avoid yeast overgrowth. They have a website http://www.yeastconnection.com/ Bunny > > Hello Ladies ! > > I was reading the other day about the anti-yeast diet. I tried to look > for it here but couldn't find it.
