Anti -Yeast Diet

Hello Ladies !

I was reading the other day about the anti-yeast diet. I tried to look

for it here but couldn't find it. I was wondering if you know where I

can find it?

Mari,

There are several anti-yeast diets. The most popular is probably the

Yeast Connection by Dr. Crook. The one I am trying to work on

the Body Ecology Diet, which is more of a lifestyle change than just a

quickie diet...it believes that everything we eat should provide

nutrition and that anything else wastes digestive energy, and also that

you can't just take away yeast-feeding foods, you have to replace them

with probiotic foods and drinks that repopulate the gut with good

bacteria to keep yeast at bay.

There was a great book written a while ago from Dr. Crook called The

Yeast Connection. There are all sorts of things in that book for the

person with chronic illness trying to avoid yeast overgrowth. They
