Congratulations for being healthy for 2 years now!

You should be proud for keeping an open mind and trying something new! That's

great!

Last night, I broke down over my Nada because of a recent incident so naturally

I was depressed all day and ate tons of junk food. I've been so good too - and

it's just like I don't care. When I get like this I really don't care what I

eat, I just want junk food to make it better! Which of course really doesn't and

makes me feel horrible.

I totally understand where you're coming from.

What is the title of the Audio book and where did you find it, Amazon, iTunes?

So I've now joined Weight Watchers for the ongoing support. I doubt the hypnosis

cured my bingeing, but it's provided the greatest springboard for me to develop

healthier habits.

sensitive, I think just doing the mainstream methods of cognitive work isn't

enough. Why do our siblings deal with the pain so much better than us? Because

we need a different, deeper level of support.

I think an element of being raised by a bpd is brainwashing. Sometimes you just

need to re-brainwash yourself in more positive ways. I found writing out

affirmations every day for 10 or 15 minutes a day in the mornings very helpful

at one point as well.

Nada/fada gave you significant messages at vulnerable moments (when you were

developmentally immature and emotionally intense times). You sometimes need to

counter that with opposing messages at vulnerable moments (like when you are

sleeping or near sleep).

Healing sometimes takes every tool we can find.
