My wife had a good bout with IBS many years ago, she always had felt

under a lot of stress working for a particular cardiologist.

Upon my continued suggesting, she left that position, the IBS

subsided immediately and never returned, that was in the latedd 70's.

Sometimes the role of stress goes by us, until pointed out.

Also, we both have recently started with a cleansing tea that is very

beneficial..............wwww.holyteaclub.com/mlmpro

It has 5 herbs like blessed thistle, holy thistle, ( thus the name )

persimmon leaves, malva leaves, marshmallow leaves.

We are both feeling much more energetic since using the tea.

Their packagaing says May be beneficial for weight loss, Detoxifies (

chemicals, parasites, bacteria, toxins), stomach disttress (

constipation, indigestion, acid reflux, bloating)

We have both lost some lbs using the tea, and generally feel improed

vitality.

I also use recently a substance called natural cellular defense

......www.ncdpro.com/mlmpro , which is a patented product ( health

supplement ) that removes toxins and heavy metals.

I became interested in removing any residual mercury since having had

all of my amalgam fillings removed over 15 yrs ago. I know the topic

of mercury amalgam fillings can be quite controversial, but for my

part

I regained energy levels that felt like 70 % increase all those yrs

ago

just by having them removed. I never had chelation therapy during the

removal process, so now all these years later, my discovery of this

item motivates me in a big way to see if there is something to it.

It is now about 3 months and I have observed some major benefits in my

own personal health.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you too,

Ken
