Aren't you on the diet? I thought I read a post that said you were..is it helping at all?I did not get results until after being on the diet for 4 months. I couldn't get rid of any infection as long as I was still eating sugar and other junk.Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

I had BV for nine months 7 years ago! I have not had it since, but it turned into some yeast issues because of all of the antiboitics I took! UGH!~Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

Hi :

No, I am not on the diet. I started Weight Watchers two weeks ago. Compared to the amount of sugar that I used to eat (a gallon of ice cream a week). I have dramatically cut down on the sugar. I have found that I have a lot more energy than before. I haven't lost much weight (2 pounds), but I'll stay on it for the energy level.

I have been having recurrent BV. I am going to the doctor again on Thursday. It's a vicious cycle BV, yeast, strep B. I am so sick of this.

I have Dr. Crooks book. I'm going to pull it out and read the diet.
