Hi Carolyin and all.

I totally agree that it is very difficult to keep happy thoughts when your

crotch is on fire. No argument from me on that issue.

I really meant the post to help understand the POWER the mind has over our

immune system. And, that a positive outlook throughout our life will help

keep our immune systems as well as all the other systems in your body

healthy and happy too. It seems to make sense to say it but I felt the

video clip really helped to " send the message home " so to speak. And,

perhaps more importantly, if we harbor negative emotions, (guilt, shame,

anger, hatred, fear, phobia, anxiety, lack of forgiveness for someone) it

will most assuredly accelerate; our aging process, and downward spiraling

health.

This video was presented in conjunction with EFT which you have read me

mention in the past. EFT eliminates those negative emotions and you can

learn it for free!!!
