I know the steroid creams are used for LS and LP but from what I understand they can cause the skin to thin if not used carefully. Have you tried adding some Estrace cream to your treatment regimen? It's really good when your skin begins to thin and burn (like during menopause) Estrace and Testosterone cream can thicken the skin back up. I sure hope you find relief. Hugs, Chelle P.S. I also have IC, and Estrogen has helped my bladder more than anything else.
