I also think she mentioned the Pudendal Nerve in her V book. Also, if you haven't already, simply ask for a copy of your EMG testing. Mine said there was 'delay' around the sacro-spinous ligament and denervation of the inferior rectal nerve, but not the Alcock's canal/falciform process. Do you remember Sanda from Happy Pelvis? She had an MRN done in CA. I think Dr. Filler (or Fuller?) is the one who came up with the MRN. If you google his name you can find more info on it and 'where' they may have the ability to do one.
