Thanks to those of you who responded to my questions. I was going to begin Lyrica tonight at bedtime...but my plans changed due to Insurance. I called them yesterday evening to see what my co-pay would be. I have to have prior authorization to even get it filled....then learned that even if they approve it, they will charge me about $60 - $80 per month. Not gonna happen. With all these travel costs to NH and my trip to see Rhonda in Oct....just not gonna do it. So, when I see the pain management doc on Tuesday, I'm gonna ask to try Neurontin instead. I keep reading that Neurontin works best on nerve pain when combined with a tri-cyclic anti, is that true? Hugs, Chelle
