Guest guest
Hello, ladies. I've had multiple types of vulvodynia for over 20 years, which is somewhat controlled with antidepressants. One of my pain types is clitoral pain, which nothing seems to help. Lately the pain has increased, and today I noticed that there is a small white mark (plaque?) under my clitoral hood, adjacent to the clitoris. It won't come off. The pain seems to be the most intense there. Has anyone else experienced this? Perhaps it is a form of lichen? I have not been to a vulvodynia specialist for many, many years and have recently moved to the Seattle area from Philly. I think it is time to find a new physician and get re-evaluated. I'd also like to get off of antidepressants if I can, though I think it is my only hope for the generalized vulvodynia. Thank you all for sharing your stories. I read this forum all of the time. -Nathalie
