Tom, is this something I can work on myself (what you mentioned

below) or do I need a PT to do it?

Counterstrain and Muscle Energy are the most effective ways to eliminate

the triggers.

Diaphragm releases can be ehlpful and so can ischemic releases, done

externally but can be a bit

painful at the start.

The only one you have a shot with is the ishemic releasese.

YOu would use your own finger or thumb.
