My friends or neighbors don’t ask, they completely avoid the subject. The only one who consistently asks me how I am is my mailman! And that is because his wife suffers from it also. We are a group that only has each other for support. And even worse if you have chronic pain and take narcotics. I have a wonderful caring pain management doctor, but even with the careful supervision he gives me, when I went to my primary care doctor for my yearly checkup and she saw that another doctor had prescribed me narcotics – instead of saying – oh I hope they are helping you – she had the audacity to say – you know what happened to Ledger … nne From: VulvarDisorders [mailto:VulvarDisorders ] On Behalf Of blueeberri@...
