It's so important that we try our best to take care of ourselves! All the stress that chronic pain brings can really take it's toll. Be good to yourself. Take long hot baths, journal, talk on the phone with a friend, listen to soothing music, go to counseling, etc. Maybe you cannot do any of those things I just mentioned, but the point is to find 'something' you 'can do' that helps you to feel better. For me personally, I love to listen to worship music and have purposed to do that for at least 30 minutes each day.
