Tom, that is correct, I was injected just off the lower right hand side of the sacrum! Also, do you remember back last Oct. I called you and asked for my previous notes? The local Ortho PT was trying to help me with the sit pain. He said my piriformis is tight on the left and loose on the right. So, he did a little studying and tried some techniques...I ended up much worse and stopped PT (but I really liked him and believe he was truly trying to help)! I went from pain with sitting, to pain all the time. Not long after I went to NH for the Pudendal Nerve testing and the reading was abnormal and higher on the right side (at the sacro-spinous level). A different practitioner told me he believes I've injured something...I wonder if those exercises injured or 're-injured' a previous problem with the pirformis. I want to narrow things down best I can before I

see the Ortho Surgeon...thank you so much. ~Chelle" K. You're welcome Chelle,

I'm off to ski tomorrow so I'll catch up with you when I get back.

Make sure you put your name in the title bar so I do't delete.

I'll have 300-400 messages wating before the programs shuts me down.

Pirifirmis is the muscle closest to where you describe.
