I know this subject comes up in these groups every so often, but I just wanted to ask myself. I have been seeing Dr. Rodke, who has helped tremendously, but I am so disgusted by her lack of response to my simple questions (phone calls, faxes) and her rude office staff that I cannot bear to go back there. Sooo... I am looking for another provider in the city. I have an appointment to see Dr. Coady, but haven't heard much about her. I would appreciate information and experience about her and others. Try posting again and putting Sandi's name in the subject line. She's a sweetheart and can probably help you with any questions. I don't blame you one bit for being fed up and frustrated. He's the one that diagnosed me and he's supposedly a specialist, although I did not find much relief going to him. How far are you from Philly? I always wondered if I should say something to the doc, who maybe had no idea how horrible her staff were and that they were losing her patients (I knew several other people from my area that switched as well, all due to this one secretary!). And I'm totally fine with email, but apparently she doesn't do email. I'm not demanding and don't need to talk to her for an hour. Just 3 minutes! The funny thing of all of this was that I got a call after I posted this from the NP asking me if anyone called me in January because I had a culture come back with a very minor yeast infection. As most of us here, I've been through a tremendous amount and seen many providers. I was actually diagnosed by Dr. in MA, who I didn't find to be much help. She was not optimistic at all and couldn't address my specific symptoms. I feel that I am finally getting my answer as I'm working with a PT at Pamela on. Are there support groups in the NYC area? I'm 25, and the worst part has been not having anyone to talk to.
