needing advice on birth control

Hey all,

Well, I'm in a monogamous and trusting relationship and my pain seems

to be going down with the help of diet modification and learning to

relax my muscles (though I still have work to do and a PT to find...

but that will happen after Easter).

My question to you all is about birth control methods. I am VERY

hesitant to go on the pill again (I was on it a total of 2 years a

long time ago) for obvious reasons and although condoms are working

alright my boyfriend really likes the -ahem- no condom feeling. He's

not being pushy but I would like to look into other options (once I

get my pain down more).

What do people suggest? I may well want to have kids someday (I'm 30)

but I am worried some methods might mess me up or irritate me. Does

anyone have any experience with IUDs or anything else?
