Guest guest
When I saw Rhonda Kotarinos last fall, she gave me a hand out on pelvic floor drops. A Physical Therapist (who does internal work) can teach you how to do them. Rhonda would work on me, then have me drop, and she could tell if I was doing it correctly by 'feel'. After you do them for awhile, you get the hang of it, and then, when you find yourself 'tensing' your pelvic floor muscles throughout the day you can then drop them without having to lie down first. ~Chelle Pelvic Floor Drops (aka - reverse Kegels) 1. Lie on your back, preferably on the floor. 2. Knees pulled up toward your chest, about shoulder width apart (do not pull your knees all the way up to your chest). 3. Place your hands on your thighs. 4. Use your hands to gently resist an up and out motion of your legs. Hold for a count of 5. Repeat 5 times.
