Hi Becky! I don't know if you are still online, maybe so. I just have a question, I see that is a graduate. So happy for you. My son is 4 months old and he recieves his ballert helmet on Nov 1. The ortho should be able to give you detailed cleaning instructions. Most helmets (DOC band, STARband, Hangar) should be cleaned with 91-99% rubbing alcohol, applied with a cloth or small brush and then air dried. Hope this helps!
