He injects into the butt and into the whole area surrounding the

vagina and also into the perineum down to the rectum. As close as he can get

without going into the vagina. I made it quite easy for him yesterday by really

poking myself at home and putting a pen mark on the spot. Dr. Q is so nice –

he gives me a Percocet and a Valium, numbs the spots and then gives the

injections. He uses a long curved needle so he can push around in the area to

get to the right spot. When you yell ouch, he injects the med. Doing it that

way, he just doesn’t inject anywhere in the area. I was scared the first

time, but yesterday, because I knew what he would be doing I was relaxed and it

went very easily. There are no after effects, except that the pain in that

nerve area is gone. With luck it will stay gone. For some it stays away

completely and for others it comes back in a week, a month, etc. Hope that
