Guest guest
Chelle, I use Gillhams Natural Calm. It's a magnesium powder you mix with water - raspberry lemon flavored. Pretty strong tasting, but not bad, just strong. It works soooo well! I think it's better absorbed because it's liquid and it goes right into the gut without have to dissolve. Takes care of constipation, leg cramps, etc. With the pregnancy, it's been too strong for me, so I've been using Morningstar Minerals Energy Boost 70 - this is a tastless liquid supplement of many minerals, including magnesium, that I put into juice and drink daily. Haven't had a leg cramp since! =) I order it on Amazon. Melinda
Guest guest
Melinda I too have used the the Natural Calm and it seemed to help, I need to go back on it for the long haul....mine is is the calcium-magnesium combo. I'm doing PT and in order to help my pelvic floor muscles, I can't keep straining to have a bowl movement every other day (shoud be everyday), thats where the Natural Calm comes into play. ** Re: Chelle - magnesium Chelle, I use Gillhams Natural Calm.
