Not only has the skin rolling and trigger point release been good for me, but I've learned how to do it and I work on 's back. He has really bad tight muscles and back pain - so, I skin roll him at times (which he hates) and really work on those tight muscles - it really helps his back. It's almost a given that everyone has tight muscles somewhere in their body, as well as trigger points and constricted connective tissue! Those of us with vulvar pain seem to be so susceptible due to all the tensing against the pain ( & multiple other reasons). Have you contacted Prendergast (she is so nice)?
