Guest guest
Prednisone definitely affects sleep (like, I don't much), but for me, only at high doses (40-60 mg/d). Once I get to 10 mg or so, I'm back to normal (as far as that goes). Arne =========================================================== Can anyone tell me if sleeping problems is linked to tapering of prednisone... Guest guest
I've been on 5 mg prednisone for 6 years. I guess my Dr is going to keep me on it forever. I don't sleep well, and haven't for a long time. They told me the disease interfered with sleep, and prograf can as well. Most nights I half wake up at midnight, with some paranoid fear that I have been neglecting to take my meds. I've assumed that it's because of being somewhat obsessive about taking them. I never miss a dose. Maybe these drugs are getting to me.This is the kind of problem that causes Drs to say "Hmm, interesting".Best wishes, Don BE AN ORGAN/BLOOD DONOR
