Guest guest
always leave it to a nurse to rain on your parade! I have always wondered though? while in the hospital, was it the nurse or the doc who got me well? Makes me wonder... > > >>I had an 11:30 doctor's appointment this morning. Guest guest
I think you are right. How do we check for that. Is there a way to know if your kidneys are OK besides going to the doctor? Guest guest
Yes, it's generally called something like, a full metabolic blood panel, or CBC, usually 3 times per year. This blood work will show the kidney function, along with several other vital things to monitor. If your kidneys are beginning to show some dysfunction, this blood work will indicate it. You won't be able to " feel " your kidneys beginning to fail.
