If you have odor when you don't have your period, that can signal an infection. I never ever had any kind of smell until I got this darn problem. Now I go from smelling like sour milk to smelling like a yeasty bakery!UGH!Delicious ideas to please the pickiest eaters. Watch the video on AOL Living.

Actually the odor is the least during my period when I use a tampon and

the worst the week before. It is all my discharge, and now I feel like

I have more discharge since I stopped wearing underwear. I don't know

if it is really true or not.

The odor gets better also when I douche. It's safe to douche with just

plain water right? Could I use a tiny bit of apple vinegar?

Thanks,

I am now well and pain free, just the idea of them scares me. So,

sometimes while I'm having my period I get an odor. So I use

antipirsperant stick on the outside of my jeans. It seems to work well.

Thanks. I'll try that at home and see if it helps.

I always rinse with water and use Kleenex. It not only helps

with odor, but the constant rinsing has completely eliminated any vaginal and

UTI’s. I have been doing this for almost two years and I swear by it – so simple,

I wish everything was that easy.
