Guest guest
Kimmi, I'm just going throw out some thoughts here. Even when we are in the process of doing better, sometimes we'll flare for 'no' apparent reason. Be careful not to go too strict too soon with your diet. My doc just mentioned that to me today. I told her I want to lose more weight and she told me go slow...she reminded me that if I go too strict really fast it can throw my whole system off and add to my hormone mess, and I agree! Diet really does impact the hormones. You know, we should probably do a subject on that. Would be interesting! Anyway, try to keep yourself calm, I know that's hard, though! ~Chelle
Guest guest
Are you taking any new medications? Prevacid does all of that to me. Guest guest
There are the B vitamins in grains that should be supplemented even if one isn't gluten free because they are so important. I supplement everything because I know I don't absorb very well. I missed the part where you are not getting fat??? Fat is pretty important for the body and all parts of it. Why aren't you getting any fat? Carlson's fish oil should be a daily treat. ;o) Arline --- " k.hope " wrote: > Arline, > no new meds. > I was wondering...are there vitamins in whole > wheat that I am now NOT getting? Guest guest
Im getting fat, just lower amounts of it than I was getting before. I also just switched my EFA's(I just read a bunch of bad stuff on fish oil), so I am waiting to get them in the mail. I need to look into the B's now. Thanks. Kimmi Ready for the edge of your seat? Guest guest
Hi Kimmi: Can you share what you read about fish oil? I am taking Omega Fish Oil and would love to read what you did. I know there's " good " fish oils and " bad " - just want to make sure I'm on the right track (although my physician is pretty " anal " about what he recommends) Thanks Molly
