Guest guest
You're welcome Carolyn, I hope it helps. I'm by no means an IC expert. I was officially diagnosed with it about a year ago and it's been a real learning process and process of trial and error. The hardest part for me is not being able to eat salad dressings, tomatoes, lemons, vinegar and most fruit. It's very frustrating, especially when I go out to eat. I mostly drink water or milk. I also find that when my IBS or LS or VV flares, so does the IC. They all seem connected. Before I was diagnosed I was in urgent care, the ER or the doctors office all the time being tested for UTIs that kept coming out negative. Very frustrating! Ivy -- Re: Diagnosis thanks Ivy! Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
