Carolyn, I never knew I had a leg length issue until I saw Tom, but after I saw him, I began to understand things better. And yes, from what I understand, when there is an asymmetrical difference it could cause muscle spasms....and it could compress nerves! Keep your mind open to the fact that you may have more than one cause of your problem(s). Muscle (structural issues), as well as hormonal issues have been my biggest problems!
