Guest guest Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 ate me 3 slices of cantaloupe and my sugar was then 90 instead of the 80. having the salmon and salad and a baked potatoes. of course I am dropping my dose to seven twice a day starting in the morning. will fax this in to the saw bones as well in the morning with the past seven day's results. don't like eating a lot or cutting my exercise down. got to drop the pounds, but be safe at the same time. this diabetes stuff sure can be a pane!
