Chelle, I have no idea about " restoring vaginal

flora " . I have been using Femdophilus and Culturelle

and Probi Flora for about a month. I have a had one

small yeast infection where I needed a diflucan. That

is really different for me since I have had them back

to back for years. All of these three I chose for its

reputation for being able to control yeast. I haven't

needed anything for constipation ever. I find I have

less diarrhea however. It certainly is different.

I don't know how to judge how much is too much or too

little. I suppose one can get to much but Molly said

her doc said what she was using was all right so I

would go with that.
