I don't know if this works for you or not, but try it if you must.I read the

other day that the normal person has 15%-20% fat on their body. I do not

know if this is dtrue or not, but it sounds reasonable, since I figure I am

about 15 or 20 pounds overweight. I calculate this on the weight of 200

pounds, since this morning I weighed 196 pounds on my scales and I am six

feet two inches tall. When I got married for the third time in 1993 I

weighed 170 pounds, and when I graduated from high school I weighed 154

pounds, and when I graduated from college the first time I weighed 154

pounds, and when I graduated the second time I weighed 154 pounds When I

graduated the third time I weighed 170 pounds in 1984. I am not boasting,

but rather stating a few facts. I doubt on those ocasions I had more than

10% fat on my body. As a child my nickname was bean pole. Yes, I was

definitely skinny. In my college wrestling class I wrestled in the 155

weight division, and I never lost a single match in my weight division, in

fact I was flattered to be asked by the coach to join the university

wrestling team, but I refused, since I had to work in the greenhouse in

order to make some spending money, and I had no time to devote to weight

training and wrestling in addition to my studies. This may work for you,

then again it may not. I read that around 15% of your fat weight can be lost

by just using a supplement called coffee bean extract. The dosage in

research studies was 800 miligrams twice per day.Just take a 400mg capsule,

two of them, in the morning before breakfast and again one before supper,

and you should lose around 15% of your body fat in three months without a

special diet or exercise program. Since I am basically lazy I will put the

supplement research to the test. If I figure I am 25 pounds overweight and

this is all fat, then 15% of 25 pounds should have me lose around 3.75

pounds in approximately 12 weeks or three months without doing any thing

except taking the coffee bean extract twice per day. In my case that would

be almost 4 pounds. If you are a fat pig, say you weigh 100 pounds in fat

over your ideal weight, then by just using the supplement alone you should

be able to lose 15 pounds of fat in three months by doing nothing except

taking the supplements. I am sending my wife to the health food store

tomorrow to pick up a bottle of coffee bean extract 400mg capsules. When I

have them in hand the experiment will begin on that date.
