Guest guest
Tony I thought the hug would get a response. Well, I'll bet if they called you right now and said all you have to do to get approved is hug the geek he'd get one. Yes, the waiting is torture. The stress of dealing with disability people and social security and going through all that took a terrible toll on me. It's sad that to protect against abuse of the system, they have to put those of us who are deserving through so much. But, if they could at least shorten the time it would be an improvement. I hope you get the approval very soon. > > > > > > Well had the hearing yesterday, so who knows. The " Judge " ask me > very > > > few questions. Guest guest
Good luck! I hope you get the approval. I know the process can be a real #^$^#. I'm more familiar with the disability rules for the legally blind, which are different. But, I'm just having a wondering thought here...how dumb is that question could you do any job? Sometimes it's not a matter of what you could do - it's more a matter of what society will let you do. How employable are you when you show up at a job interview, for example, hauling oxygen? Thankfully my job is mostly a sit-down job - although that's not to say there aren't days I'm not having issues. Sometimes I think the criteria are so outdated and outmoded. Okay, creeping back into my cave...grin. Hermansky-Pudlak Syndrome 02/PF 06 www.heatherkirkwood.blogspot.com >> Well had the hearing yesterday, so who knows. The "Judge" ask me very > few questions.
