I was told that it was contact pain because if I wore loose clothing and did not sit for long periods and lived like a nun I had no pain other than the occasional irritation from the LS. They considered sitting or clothing pressing up against it contact. interesting---i never thought of it like that before. i have really

little to no pain as long as i avoid these activities. but i always

thought of pain on contact as absolutely zero pain unless touched by a

q-tip or something.
